GiroDisc has adapted its advanced two-piece rotor technology for use on the Honda Civic Type R. The rotors, with a racing-derived curved vane design, force cooling air through the disc. The GiroDisc front rotors save approximately 3.5 pounds over the OE rotors, yielding the multi-faceted benefit of increased stopping power and an overall decrease in unsprung weight. GiroDisc rotors require no additional modification to the braking system. GiroDisc also offers replacement rotor rings, which include replacement hardware at no additional cost.
