Dale's Policies

Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd. accepts the following Payment Methods:

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within [YOUR STATE] will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Returns

Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on electrical items, special orders or items over 10 days old and no returns without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization)#. Manufacturer's warranty ONLY.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply. 

Free Shipping

For the select products that we offer "Free Shipping", Dale's is essentially paying for your shipping cost to you. In the event of a return you will be responsible for the shipping fees back, and we will only reimburse you the difference between the product price and the original shipping fee we incurred. Please understand that free shipping is a cost that we incur as a gesture to help our customers save. However, if you receive a wrong or defective item we will reimburse you the entire amount you paid us.

Order Changes

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hour to change your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd.  shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Customer Information

Any customer information including any email addresses received by Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd. will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically, Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd. may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter, if for any reason you do not wish to receive email communications from Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd, then you may send an email to sales@dalesmotorsport  with "remove from email list" in the subject, and you will not receive any further email communications from us.

Security

Whether you are placing an order by phone or the internet, security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet or by phone, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.

Liability Policy

All products sold by Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd. are sold as-is to the customer. Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd does NOT offer warranties on any of the products sold.  All warranty claims/inquiries must be dealt with directly with manufacturer by the customer themselves.

If a warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only.

Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations or government laws, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and/or ANY other safety equipment on the vehicle is solely at customers discretion. Dale's Alignment and Brake Service Ltd will not be responsible for the customers actions whatsoever in any way.
